Do you ship internationally?
Yes! The products you see here on our site are shipped from the U.K using Evri delivery service and are trackable. However please be aware Passa Paa is not responsible for covering any tax or duty charges once the item leaves the U.K and reaches its final destination.
I have visited your brick and mortar store and liked something in there but I don’t see it on your website?
We only have limited stock of selected items on our website, if there is something you saw in our store in Luang Prabang please do get in touch via info@passa-paa.com and we will be happy to assist further.
I have a retail store, can I order wholesale?
We’d love to partner with you, if you are interested in opening a wholesale account with us we’d love to hear from you. Please send us an email info@passa-paa.com with your store details and we’ll send you our latest wholesale line sheets. We are also open to discuss ideas for creating custom products for your store.
Can I visit your Passa Paa Studio in Luang Prabang?
We’re really sorry at this time we are unable to offer studio visits like we have in the past. We are currently housed in a temporary space until we find the perfect location to welcome visitors and show you around. Please keep in touch with our progress on this by following us on Instagram or Facebook.
Do you do custom projects?
Absolutely! We’d love to hear any ideas you might have regarding a collaboration. We have produced bespoke artworks and furnishings for a number of private clients and hotels. Please head to our PROJECTS page to see some examples.
Will my Passa Paa item look exactly like the one on the website?
Each item is individually handcrafted by our team of skilled artisans who take pride in all the layers of the process. Due to the nature of the handmade quality and washed out look of some of our screen print techniques we use, no two prints or applique stitches are exactly alike. This is why we love our product and hope this is what you love about us too!
