What we love about it:

• We love that the panel blankets are so versatile. They make a striking addition for that splash of colour on your sofa. Or take it with you when you go outside and use as a summer blanket or a picnic or table cloth. Which ever way it gets used it’ll brighten up the space that surrounds you!

The Story Behind It:

• We wanted to create a vibrant, contrasting lightweight throw that could be used in a variety of ways. They are created in our studio in Laos, hand printed panel by panel and then we give the fabrics to our village artisans who stitch them together using a blanket stitch.

• The edges of the fabric are finished with a silk blanket stitch, meticulously sewn by Hmong artisans from their homes near our studio.

Care:

• We recommend hand washing the blanket with warm water using your regular washing detergent. The print is fixed so the colour wont run, but in order to preserve the quality of the silk stitching on the edges this method should be the best. Iron on a cotton setting.
